Custom Photo Magnets
What are custom photo magnets?
Our custom photo magnets transform your favorite memories into high quality keepsakes that can be displayed on refrigerators, lockers, filing cabinets, office spaces, magnetic boards, and more. Each magnet is made using your own photos, creating a unique and meaningful piece you'll enjoy every day.
How do I place an order?
Simply choose your product, upload your favorite photo(s), customize your order if applicable, and complete checkout. We'll carefully craft your magnets and ship them directly to your door.
Can I use pictures from my phone?
Absolutely! Most smartphones take excellent quality photos that print beautifully. For the best results, we recommend uploading the highest-resolution version of your image.
What if my photo is blurry or low quality?
We'll do our best to optimize your image for printing. However, we cannot improve extremely blurry, pixelated, or low-resolution photos. If we believe your image may not produce a quality print, we may contact you before production whenever possible.
Will you edit my photos?
Basic adjustments such as cropping, resizing, brightness, and color optimization may be made to ensure the best print quality. Extensive photo editing, background removal, or retouching is not included unless specifically offered.
Can I crop my own photo?
Yes! Depending on the product, you'll have the opportunity to position or crop your image during ordering. If adjustments are needed for production, we'll make every effort to preserve the most important parts of your photo.
How long does production take?
Most orders are handcrafted and completed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
During holidays or periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.
Do you offer rush or overnight shipping?
Yes! Expedited shipping options, including overnight delivery, may be available during checkout. Please note that overnight shipping affects delivery time and does not automatically reduce production time unless a rush production option is also selected.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily ship through USPS but may also use UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We're proud to ship worldwide. Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Can I order just one magnet?
Of course! Whether you're ordering a single keepsake or hundreds for a special event, every order receives the same attention to detail and care.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer special pricing for larger orders, including weddings, schools, businesses, sports teams, nonprofits, corporate events, fundraisers, and other special occasions. Contact us for a customized quote.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes! We welcome wholesale inquiries from retailers, boutiques, photographers, florists, gift shops, event planners, and other businesses interested in carrying our products.
Can you come to my event?
Yes! Luxe Frame & Co. LLC offers on-site event services for weddings, festivals, corporate events, fundraisers, schools, grand openings, private parties, and more. We can set up a booth where guests can have photos taken or create personalized photo magnets during your event. Contact us for availability and pricing.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can make it right.
Do you accept returns?
Because every product is custom-made and personalized, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or other exceptional circumstances apply, we'll work with you to find a fair solution.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is generally not possible because your product is being custom made specifically for you.
Are my photos kept private?
Yes. We respect your privacy and treat your memories with care. Your photos are used solely to fulfill your order and provide customer support unless you separately give us permission to feature your finished product for promotional purposes.
Do you save my photos?
We may temporarily retain uploaded images to complete your order, assist with customer service, or resolve any production issues. Images are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards make the perfect present for birthdays, weddings, holidays, baby showers, graduations, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and more. They allow your loved ones to create personalized keepsakes they'll treasure.
